Rotary Club of Windsor (1918) Helps Nine Local Charitable Organizations

The Rotary Club of Windsor (1918) celebrated nine local charitable organizations this week. Each was chosen to receive $2,000 through the Community Service Grants program.

The grant will allow each organization to complete small projects and purchase equipment or program supplies that address our community’s needs.

  • Womens Enterprise Skills Training of Windsor Inc
  • Active Care Response Team
  • The Downtown Mission
  • The Salvation Army
  • Matthew House Refugee Welcome Centre
  • Family Respite Services
  • Windsor Public Library
  • Women’s Enterprise Skills Training (WEST)
  • Connections Early Years Family Centre
  • Windsor Essex Therapeutic Riding Association

In total, the 2022-2023 recipients received $18,000. Since its inception in 2013/2014, the club has provided over 100 grants to local charitable organizations totalling over $300,000.
