Black History Month kicked off in Windsor Friday.
There are over twenty Black History Month events and activities planned for Windsor and Essex County alone. This year’s national Black History Month theme is “Ours to Tell,” which celebrates the people and organizations who have broken seemingly insurmountable barriers while acknowledging current trailblazers who are taking Black excellence to even greater heights.
