Children’s Fest has returned after a two-year hiatus to Central Park Athletics, bringing a weekend of family fun to the area.
A variety of vendors, games activities and performances are featured at this year’s fest. Some of the acts this year include UWindsor’s Physics Club, Copelands Martial Arts, Music from Travis Robinson and some guys who like to sing along with dance performances from Salin Lahi, Industry Dance and Academie Ste. This year the event will take place on September 17th and 18th inside the soccer complex at Central Park Athletics with an entry fee of $5 per person (and those coming Saturday can get a wristband for free on Sunday). Proceeds from the event support community health and education projects for both Rotary Club of Windsor (1918) and the Bulimia Anorexia Nervosa Association (BANA).
