New Playgrounds Coming To Amherstburg

Two new playgrounds have been approved for parks in Amherstburg.

Council gave the green light Tuesday evening for new structures in Jack Purdie and Briar Ridge parks for $550,000.

Both these parks say the removal of the non-compliant playground equipment this spring.

The playgrounds are expected to be in by the end of summer/early fall.
