Damage is extensive after an early morning fire in the Town of Essex.
Fire crews were called to the fully involved house fire just after 2:30am Thursday in the 800 block of Ilder.
It took crews close to two hours to bring it under control.
The fire origin is undetermined due to extensive damage, and the damage estimate is set at $500,000.
There are no reported injuries.
