Windsor Regional Hospital once again offered “Football Cocoons” for babies born on Super Bowl Sunday.
The cocoons were knitted by the President of the Metropolitan General Hospital Auxiliary.
This humble team player who has been a hospital volunteer since 1989 prefers to remain anonymous, but her selfless generosity has put smiles on new parent’s faces for the past ten years.
The cocoons are made up of two separate parts, the bottom half (the football) and a cozy little hat to complete the look.
