Environment Canada says that a swath of snow is expected to move into the region this evening.
Snowfall rates could be as high as 4 cm per hour in the heaviest bands allowing for some communities to experience total snowfall accumulations of 4 to 10 cm before the snow moves out overnight.
Motorists are advised to exercise caution due to rapidly accumulating snowfall.
