Two Classes Dismissed From L.A. Desmarais Catholic Elementary School

The Catholic School Board has dismissed two classes of students from L.A. Desmarais Catholic Elementary School after receiving notification of a confirmed case of COVID-19 there.

The school boards websites lists two student cases at the school.

The board says they have notified the affected students that they are not to attend school Tuesday.

A voice message to the entire school community was sent home this evening to inform them about the situation, and to notify the parents of those students who were dismissed that they should not send their children back to school until they have received further direction from the health unit.
