Amherstburg Break And Enter Investigation

The Amherstburg Criminal Investigations Division is seeking any information that may assist with a break and enter investgiation that occurred at business in the early morning hours Wednesday.

Police say around 4:20am they were called to an alarm at a business located in the area of Sandwich Street North and Alma Street. When officers arrived they determined the business had been broken into. With the assistance of the K-9 Unit, the business and surrounding area was searched for suspects, however none were located.

Through investigation, it is believed at least two suspects were involved. The suspect vehicle is described as a grey sedan, possibly with a hatchback. It is believed the suspect vehicle was in the area from at least 2:45 am until the break and enter occurred.
