The sixth annual Ouellette Car Cruise took off Friday evening, with many excited drivers of classic, unique and custom vehicles taking them around town for the event.
The scheduled route for the event took the vehicles from downtown down to Tecumseh and all the way to Pillette and back up Riverside Drive, allowing for car enthusiasts to enjoy the cool wheels all across the city.
“We are thrilled to be driving through yet another summer marred by the COVID-19 pandemic,” said Brian Yeomans, chair of the Downtown Windsor Business Improvement Association in a press release sent out to media. “COVID cancelled a lot of things, but it couldn’t put the brakes on the Ouellette Car Cruise.”
