The Windsor-Essex County Health Unit has announced that walk-in COVID-19 vaccine appointments for first doses are now available for all age groups at mass vaccination sites.
They are available if you are 12 years of age or older and available pending vaccine availability.
Due to the interchangeability of mRNA vaccines, you will receive either Pfizer or Moderna at our clinics. Due to vaccine supply, we cannot guarantee a specific mRNA vaccine. Consent for the mRNA vaccine you receive will be reaffirmed/obtained at the time of vaccination.
Youth 12-17 years will receive the Pfizer vaccine only at this time.
