Richard Mitchell of LaSalle is celebrating after winning an Ontario 49 second prize worth $50,000 in the April 10th, 2021 draw.
Mitchell says he plays the lottery twice a week. “I enjoy playing a variety of different games.”
Mitchell a 74-year-old retired automotive industry worker, said he checked his ticket using the OLG Lottery App. “A few days later I went to the store to confirm my win. The cashier was just as excited. She jumped three feet in the air when she saw I won!”
The winning ticket was purchased at One Stop Mini Mart on Malden Road in Windsor.
