Hit And Run Seriously Injures Pedestrian On Highway 3

A pedestrian was taken to hospital with serious injuries late Tuesday after being struck by a vehicle.
OPP say around 11:25pm on April 13th, the pedestrian was crossing Highway 3 near County Road 34 when they were struck by a vehicle traveling westbound.
Police say that the vehicle did not stop and offer assistance or wait for the police to arrive at the scene. The car fled the area and has not been located.
The suspect vehicle may have damage to the front right passenger side and possibly be missing the passenger side mirror.
The injured pedestrian was taken to hospital with serious injuries.
OPP is seeking the public’s assistance in locating the involved driver and vehicle.
