All Town of Essex facilities will be closed to the public starting Monday, December 14th.

The Town will maintain operations and conduct business using alternative methods, such as email and teleconferencing. Customer service representatives and departmental staff are available by phone (519-776-7336), during regular business hours to answer any questions regarding services.

In-person recreational programs will be cancelled and refunds provided to those impacted. Virtual programming will continue.

Citizens and stakeholders who require in-person meetings must contact the Town to make arrangements prior to visiting a facility. All visitors are required to wear a mask and undergo a screening procedure with questions related to COVID-19 symptoms and potential exposure to the virus.

Drop-boxes are available for payments and document submission at Essex Town Hall (33 Talbot Street South), the Harrow and Colchester South Community Centre (243 McAffee Street), and the Building & By-law Enforcement Building (2610 Gesto Road).
