Public Board Releases Revised School Opening Plan

The Greater Essex County District School Board has revised and posted their reopening schools plan for the 2020-21 school year.
The revised plan includes new information on the scheduled staggered start for the first week, the secondary timetable, remote learning, the outbreak plan and off-line printed learning pages for elementary students. You can read it here.
The board also says they their attendance confirmation survey is still receiving submissions. The deadline for parents / guardians to choose the model of instruction for their children is the end of Friday, August 21st. A confirmation e-mail will be sent to all families on Friday, Aug. 21 which will provide an opportunity to change their previous selection, if desired.
