New Bereavement Centre Now Open

Julien House Bereavement Centre opened its doors virtually to the public Wednesday August 26th, 202o.
Julien’s House offers support services where people can come together for compassion and support in their personal journey through the death of a loved one.
“We offer a welcome place to support, educate and empower people through their bereavement experience by respecting and responding to each bereaved person’s unique needs. We know that a focus on mental health and wellbeing is key to strengthening our community,” Bill Marra, Chair.
They are currently offering free programming and grief drop in sessions with restorative programming coming in October.
There will be a range of art through paint nights, and Kintsugi (repairing broken pottery through mending). Exercise with mediation and walking groups and even times to gather such as breakfast, coffee or dinner socials.
