The province is allowing Kingsville and Leamington to move to Stage 2 reopening.
Kingsville and Leamington will move to Stage 2 as of 12:01am on Tuesday, July 7th, 2020, according to the Premier Doug Ford.
“These communities can join the rest of the province in reopening,” Ford said on Monday. “Outbreaks in the community have been contained, community transmission is low, and we have the resources for testing and contact tracing.”
“I want to the thank the mayors and all the great people of Leamington and Kingsville for working with us this period,” he said.
Ford says he will be coming to Leamington or Kingsville soon to get a hair cut. Ford said weeks ago he would wait to have a hair cut until the entire province had moved to Stage 2.
