The City of Windsor’s 311/211 Contact Centre is undergoing a phone system upgrade that could impact some calls over the coming week.
The city says that the system upgrade requires backend technical changes that may result in a small percentage of callers receiving a busy signal or no answer.
If that happens to you, the city says there are other options to help during this changeover.
The Windsor311 App is compatible with iPads, iPhones and Android devices; allows for photos and GPS locating; and is free to install. To download the app, visit the app store that works for your mobile device and search for “Windsor 311.”
Another option is to email either [email protected] for city services and information or [email protected] for community and social services information and supports. You can also text 311.
