Another summer festival has been canceled due to COVID-19.
Tuesday evening, LaSalle council approved town administration’s report to cancel the 2020 Strawberry Festival.
The town says that it is uncertain whether the current restrictions will be lifted by June 11th when the Strawberry Festival is scheduled to start, and that the festival planning needs to be completed in the very near future in order to ensure the successful delivery of the event.
