VIA Rail says that they have received a notification from CN allowing a resumption of service in Southwestern Ontario.
Beginning Thursday morning, February 20th, all trains running between Toronto-London-Windsor, Toronto-Sarnia and Toronto-Niagara will resume service.
VIA says that for operational and safety reasons, trains may encounter certain delays.
