Peter Lockhart of Windsor won the Guaranteed $1 Million Prize in the October 30th, 2019 LOTTO 6/49 draw.
Lockhart found out that he was a big winner by checking his ticket using the OLG Lottery App. “I was in disbelief,” he shared, while at the OLG Prize Centre in Toronto to pick up his winnings.
The 54-year old custodian plans to enjoy his windfall with his daughter and grandchildren.
“I have so much gratitude,” he concluded.
The winning ticket was purchased at Mac’s on Forest Glade Drive in Windsor.
