LaSalle Looking For Community Feedback

The Town of LaSalle is looking for community feedback.

Back  in April 2019, LaSalle Council engaged StrategyCorp to lead the process to develop a new strategic plan. “LaSalle 2050” will determine the future direction to look ahead 30 years.

“We are looking forward to hearing from our community,” said Mayor Marc Bondy. “Strategic planning is an important step in preparing for the future. As a Council, we can commit to common goals and objectives, and give our administrative team a vision to set priorities.”

To get feedback, the town has set up a survey that should take about 10-15 minutes to answer.  The survey will be open until October 31st, 2019.

Two open houses are also planned at the Vollmer Culture and Recreation Complex.  The first is on Saturday, October 26, 2019 from 10 am to 2 pm and the second is on Tuesday, October 29, 2019 from 4 pm to 7 pm.

“It is very important for our community to be involved in this process. We are working closely with Council and Town of LaSalle staff,” said Larry Silani, Director of Development and Strategic Initiatives. “We also have sessions planned to hear from community stakeholders and students from the local high schools. By answering the survey, we will gain insight into what our community hopes for the future of LaSalle.”
