The Town of Essex and its Communities in Bloom  Committee recognized residential and commercial properties who demonstrated local beautification and civic pride last week.

Entries in the Annual Front Yard and Balcony Contest are judged based on five criteria: curb appeal, tidiness and maintenance, floral displays, landscape, and creativity.
