Kingsville has more sandbags.
The Town has received an additional order of 4000 sand bags which will be made available to flood affected residents surrounding Heritage Road, and Cedar Island.
Sandbags can be picked up at the Kingsville Arena Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 4:00pm.
Sand is available at the North East corner of the Cedar Beach parking lot. Owners are required to bring their own shovel and fill the bags themselves. Sandbags not provided by the Town may be filled at this location as well.
Sandbags will be made available on a first come – first serve basis with a maximum amount of 100 sand bags per residence being provided. Proof of residency is required.
