Construction Well Underway On Budimir Expansion

Construction is well underway on the 6,000 square foot addition to the south Windsor Budimir Library.
Work started on April 4 2019th and includes a children’s area, a new teen area, an expanded internet cafe and more space for the 50,000 volume collection.
In recent weeks the contractor found asbestos in the walls that have slowed progress for as remediation of the site is required.
Construction is expected to be completed by spring 2020.
