Environment Canada has issued a heat warning a hot and humid air is expected to arrive over Southwestern Ontario today, and will likely persist through the Canada Day long weekend.
They say that temperatures will reach 31°C or 89°F with afternoon over the next three to five days.
Humidex values near 40°C or 104°F are expected as the weekend progresses.
Overnight lows near 21°C or 70°F are expected.
