April home sales remain unchanged from one year ago according to the Windsor-Essex County Association of Realtors.
Last month, 599 homes were sold matching the same number of homes sold one year ago.
Home sales year to date are up 7.70% over last year with 1903 sold for the first four months this year compared to 1767 during the first four months of 2018.
