The speed limit is being reduced on a stretch of County Road 20 between Kingsville and Leamington.
Starting next week it will drop from 80 km/hr to 60 km/hr.
The county says that the speed limit will now be a consistent 60 km/hr from 145 metres east of Kratz Road in Kingsville to 185 metres west of Sherk Street in Leamington.
They say that a study of speed limits in that corridor was undertaken as part of a 2018 environmental site assessment, and it was recommended that the speed limit be harmonized to improve traffic flow and driver safety.
