The Ontario Government announced the widening of Highway 401 as part of their budget Thursday.
In total, 128 kilometres from Tilbury to London will be widened from four to six lanes.
An exact timeline or dollar figured was not part of the announcement.
There was also no mention of widening Highway 3.
