Windsor Police are currently investigating a report of a missing person.
They say that 29-year-old Jerome Allen from Tecumseh has been missing since October 27th, 2018.
He has ties to the Windsor area as well as the Greater Toronto Area.
Jerome Allen is described as 6’4 in height, 180 lbs, with black hair and brown eyues.
