CUPE Local 27 Gives Family Respite Services A Financial Boost

Family Respite Services has received a much-needed boost of $4,000 from CUPE 27.
They money will be used to fund the Super Saturday recreational program delivered to children with disabilities through Family Respite Services organization.
“CUPE 27 recognizes how important it is to give back to those who need it most in our community,” says Anthony Birley, President of CUPE 27. “Family Respite Services offers valuable support services for families with children who have special needs,” adds Birley.
CUPE Local 27 is a union of 288 members which represents custodians, building maintenance, preventative maintenance, courier drivers and a locksmith.
