STAND (Sistas Taking Action for a New Direction) in partnership with YAU (Young African Union) hosted the African-Caribbean Canadian Excellence (ACE) Gala Saturday evening at the University of Windsor.

The gala honours post-secondary students of African/Caribbean-Canadian descent who have shown academic excellence and take part in extracurricular activities at the University of Windsor and in the community.
