Damage is set at $45,000 after a fire on Bruce Avenue early Friday morning.
Fire crews were called to the home in the 300 block just after 6am, and had it under control in under an hour.
Investigators say it started on the first floor of the duplex. The cause is listed as undetermined.
There were no injuries and the tenant not displaced.
