An investigation is ongoing after a tractor-trailer carrying a load of baking soda flipped on the 401.
OPP say that around 10:15am Wednesday, the truck was merging onto the eastbound lanes of Highway 401 from Essex County Road 42 near Tilbury when it lost control.
The truck and trailer came to rest in the eastbound lanes of Highway 401 slowing traffic for several hours this morning.
The contents of the tractor-trailer needed to be off loaded by hand.
