Residents in Essex are invited to attend a public information session to learn about the Town of Essex storm sewer and municipal drainage system within Harrow Centre.
In particular, town staff will provide details on how each system works and interacts with town property and residential property. Staff will also provide information on the municipal drainage act and its processes.
It takes place on Thursday, October 20th, 2016 from 6pm to 8pm at the Harrow & Colchester South Community Centre.
