New home construction in the Windsor area is up again.
According to the Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation housing starts for the Windsor-Essex area jumped last month compared to one year ago.
This past June there were a total of 163 new starts compared to 85 in June 2015. That is a jump of 92%.
