LaSalle Outdoor Pool Open For The Summer

LaSalle’s Outdoor Pool is officially open for the summer.

The outdoor pool will be open, weather permitting, every day until Sunday, September 4th. Recreation swims take place daily from 2pm to 4pm. Adults can also register for shallow aqua fitness classes and deep end aqua fitness classes.

Admission is children under 2 free, children 2 to 13 years old are $2 each, and swimmers aged 14 and up are $3. There is also a family rate of $10 for a maximum of five swimmers.

Summer swim passes are also available for purchase from the front desk at the Vollmer Culture and Recreation Complex. The swim passes allow for unlimited access to the recreation swims at the LaSalle Outdoor Pool and Vollmer Culture and Recreation Complex. Summer swim passes range in price from $55 to $150 and are valid until September 4th.

Free swims, sponsored by Tim Hortons, will take place at the LaSalle Outdoor Pool on Friday, July 8th and Friday, August 5th from 2pm to 4pm. Essex Power Corporation has also sponsored a free swim on Wednesday, August 24th from 2pm to 4pm.
