In 2015, the Town of LaSalle hired the consultant firm KPMG to conduct a Service Delivery Review, with the overall goal of the Service Delivery Review is to determine whether the Town is providing exceptional value in service delivery in a cost effective manner.

Meetings, interviews and focus groups have been held with Council and employees of the Town of LaSalle to learn their thoughts on opportunities to improve, how services are delivered and how costs might be reduced. A telephone survey was also conducted in February to gather information from LaSalle residents. Approximately 400 households were contacted and took part in the survey.

The next step is a Public Information Centre thatwill provide information on the opportunities that have been identified, as well as the results of the telephone survey.

Representatives from KPMG, the consultant firm leading the Service Delivery Review, will be available to answer questions. The Town of LaSalle’s administrative staff will also be in attendance.

It takes place at the LaSalle Civic Centre, located at 5950 Malden Road on Tuesday, May 3rd, 2016 from 4pm to 8pm.
