61 local Girl Guides got the opportunity to attend the university’s inaugural Girl Guide Badge Day on Saturday, allowing the girls to earn their engineering, water, and science badges. Volunteers from the University of Windsor’s faculty of science and engineering held activities for the Girl Guides to complete their badges in an interactive and fun way.
A day of engineering, science, and fun was accompanied with a lunch and concluded with their activity testing and merit badge distribution.
