The Greater Essex County District School Board is the only school board in Ontario to receive funding from the Ontario Ministry of Economic Development, Employment and Infrastructure to offer a Student Ventures program.
Since last year the board has helped 23 student ventures.
A second round of funding is now available. Students who are interested in participating in this opportunity can obtain information and an application from their High School Guidance Office or can contact Lauren Segedin, Teacher Consultant, via email at [email protected] or at 519-255-3200 ext. 10333.
Applications for the second round intake of the program are due March 4th, 2016.
