Environment Canada says that the strong and gusty winds that we saw all day Thursday are expected into Friday.
The strong southwesterly winds that have developed across Southern Ontario have had frequent gusts of 70 to 80 km/h in many areas in the wake of a strong cold front that is currently moving through Eastern Ontario.
A few higher gusts near 85 km/h are quite possible.
