The tender has been issued to repair the Paul Martin building in Downtown Windsor.
It was announced back in May that following an engineering review of repair options, the estimated cost would be $6 million.
The project will entails replacing mortar between facade blocks, repairing the spalled limestone facade and addressing the steel brackets that support the stone facade.
There will be a mandatory site visit on December 15th, 2015 at 1pm for interested bidders are to meet at the Paul Martin Building.
The tender closes on January 12th, 2016.
The Contractor shall perform and complete the Work within thirty-six weeks from the date of notification of acceptance.
