Police Recover Two Stolen Guns

Windsor Police officers were alerted Thursday afternoon by a concerned citizen regarding two suspicious people in the 600 block of South Pacific in the Remington Park area. The two males appeared to be in a back yard and snooping around the back deck area of a vacant property.
Officers investigated and located two long rifles behind an abandoned house. It was later determined that the long rifles had been stolen from a break and enter earlier in the week. Police searched the area but were unable to locate the suspects.
The two men were described as both white males, in their early twenties, both wearing baseball hats and blue jeans.
