Bridge Plaza Construction Closes Two City Parks

The City of Windsor will temporarily close Black Oak Heritage Park and Broadway Park, including the dog park, due to construction in the area.
The city says that work on a new bridge plaza will affect Broadway Street, which is the only access road for the parks.
The closures will take effect on Tuesday December 1st, 2015.
Other nearby natural areas to explore include Ojibway Park and Tallgrass Prairie Heritage Park, while the closest dog parks are Optimist Park and Remington Park.
There is no time frame on how long the parks will be closed.
