Forever 21 Red will open at Devonshire Mall next Saturday, October 31st at 10am.
The store is located near The Bay, across from the current location of Sport Chek.
The new concept, called F21 Red, will provide a large selection of merchandise while maintaining the value and entry-level category price points.
Forever 21 debuted its first F21 Red location in South Gate, California in 2014.
The first 100 people in line at 10am will receive a free $10 gift card.
