Windsor-Tecumseh federal election candidates Jo-Anne Gignax, PC, Frank Schiller, LIB, and Cheryl Hardcastle, NDP, faced each other Wednesday afternoon at the Windsor-Essex Regional Chamber of Commerce’s all candidates debate.
The candidates were as first how they will attract new business. Hardcastle said said the NDP will focus on small businesses and infrastructure. Gignac said the Conservatives plan to reduce small business taxes. Schiller said the Liberals would also work on infrastructure.
Schiller said the Liberals are set to get to work on the manufacturing sector. Gignac said the Conservatives saved the auto industry. Hardcastle said $15 national minimum wage is in the works should they be elected.
