As sports fields remained closed Tuesday due to all the rain, with the expectation of Mic Mac Park, the city is asking for patience with long grass once they do reopen.
The city says that because of all the rain, so far this week they have lost two grass cutting days.
They want all field users to understand that it will take a while to catch up.
