Beautiful spring weather, warm temperatures and sunny skies brought what city organizers say were thousands of green thumbs to the annual Parks & Forestry plant sale at Lanspeary Park, Saturday morning.
Between lilacs, shrubs, ferns, herbs and potted plants, Windsorites scooped up great deals on a huge variety of plants.
The funds raised will support the Paul Martin Garden in Willistead Park.
The sale runs until 2pm Saturday at Lanspeary Park.
