Tourism Windsor Essex Pelee Island and Devonshire Mall have teamed up to encourage local residents to explore their own backyard. A main stage is set up this weekend at the mall and will be offering entertainment previews from local festivals and culinary demonstrations.

“Collaboration is an essential building block to growing tourism in our region. Through this event, Devonshire Mall has generously opened its doors to welcome us and our partners in the local tourism industry,” said Gordon Orr, CEO of Tourism Windsor Essex Pelee Island. “This weekend, we have the incredible opportunity to showcase our region to thousands of local residents.”

“Devonshire Mall is pleased to be able to partner with Tourism Windsor Essex Pelee Island to help promote all of the wonderful tourism opportunities that our region has to offer,” said Chris Savard, General Manager of Devonshire Mall. “We know our customers and tenants look forward to this event each year, and as the busiest building in Windsor-Essex, we view our partnership with TWEPI as a true win-win.”

Tourism Windsor Essex Pelee Island has also launched the Official 2015/2016 Visitor Guide. “The new Visitor Guide is a visual piece filled with beautiful photography. It incorporates our new marketing campaign, “Reasons”, which highlights the staggering number of fantastic reasons why someone would enjoy a visit to Windsor Essex”, says Orr.
