The Windsor Police pipe band leads mayor Drew Dilkens, councillors Rino Bortolin, Fred Francis and Joann Gignac along the riverfront trail.
Mayor Drew Dilkens continued a tradition today that was started nearly a decade ago by Mayor Eddie Francis.
The Mayor’s Walk brought together hundreds of community groups with city officials to celebrate on one Windsor’s best-known assets: the riverfront trail.
Dilkens was joined by city councillors and Windsor-Tecumseh MPP Percy Hatfield.
